It will pilot and coordinate the general implementation of the project. Will ensure deliverables reach the optimum level of quality and are delivered on time. Project management will be assured by project management office and steering committee (see below B3.3) assisted by a board of experts (see members of the Board supra) . It will produce yearly compilation of the work done by participants in a strategically perspective i.e. in order to contribute to European policy definition (i2010 for sustainable growth for instance). The board will meet every 6 month in Paris or Brussels.

 

Management office

 

Established in ACIDD headquarters, the management office will staff the project manager, a communication officer, two projects officers and one IT officer. The management office will take care of the every day tasks regarding the project and will have to implement communication strategy and to deliver progress reports and strategy papers. It will also be in charge of the organisation of the three intermediary conferences. It will also assure that deliverables are distributed in due time. It will monitor the activity on the platform. The management office will answer to the steering committee directives and recommendations.

 

Steering committee

The steering committee will be composed of:

- The Centre
- AREE-CHEDD
- DSA
- INETI
- ENEA
- EPE

 

It will fix milestones of the project and impulse new initiatives to ensure results are perfectly met. The steering committee will also evaluate the quality of the deliverables and monitor activity of the working groups.
