Objectives
Participants in this work package will be ACIDD, FEDARENE, AREE and EEA (as an external participant from the board) who will lead the group (coordinator).
The resource centre will be made of two majors elements:
1. an interactive social network that will be based on the EOINET platform from the EEA. Additional experts will be invited to join the network by project participants;
2. a good practice platform where case studies will be described and analysed in the most comprehensive way to favour replication.
On-line, open and interoperable, multilingual – all contributions will be made available in English but partners will be invited to translate some parts of them -, user-friendly, coherent with the W3C specifications regarding accessibility, the resource centre will be seen as a WIKI tool. Moderation by project leader will nonetheless be carried out to avoid that it becomes a commercial/promotional platform. The level of information to be delivered wil be strictly defined for the best ownership by readers (experts, public bodies, etc.).
A place will be open for reaction and comments. Each case study will be linked to CV of experts referenced in the social network. Following the launch of the platform (month 15), adjustments will be made. A referencing action will be realised by the communication group, as this platform must also be used as means of visibility of the project on the European market.
ICT21-EE Questionnaire
In order to gather practices/projects/case studies, three online forms with a wide range of criteria have been created considering the three themes (ICT for energy efficiency in Builings, Transports and as a catalyst of change in user behaviour) the ICT21-EE project is supporting.
