Its Missions are:

- The elaboration and implementation of the energy, the energetic raw materials, the fighting against global warming and air pollution policy

- The implementation of control and sharing measures of energetic raw materials and products

- The watch on efficient execution of the public sector missions in the field of energy

- The coordination with cooperatives, economical and social partners but also with related ministries, of the preparation and realisation of the French programme related to prevention and adaptation in the field of climate change.

Mr Richard LAVERGNE works in the OE and is the measure instruments chief engineer.
