The regional network of eris@ - The European Regional Information Society Association – is supporting processes of the digital inclusion within its 28 European member regions using the tools of the Information Society.

Mr Hervé LE GUYADER is the AEC’s (Aquitaine Europe Communication) director, since 10 years (www.accom.org) and is an expert working for the European Commission. Before that, he worked during 10 years in the TEI group, a marketing and sales company, located in Boston, where he was in charge of the distribution and support in the whole world of applications for software and communications tools, network creation etc.
